We’re fickle about our OuHuis Rooibos tea and you’re welcome to return or exchange your order. We are here to assist!

At Fickle Fanatics we offer free returns or exchanges within 7 calendar days of you receiving your order. You can return your OuHuis Rooibos tea for a different blend/s of even value or a refund to the original payment method. At the time a Fanatic’s return is received, we’ll exchange or refund the OuHuis Rooibos tea within 30 calendar days.

Take a look at our no-can-do’s to our return and exchange policy:

• Remember time flies so don’t delay in getting the return or exchange to us quickly. After 7  calendar days the sale is final with a no-can-do on an exchange or refund.

• Discounted and sale items are final and have found their permanent resting place in your pantry.

• Returned items must be returned unopened in their original packaging.

• Returned items must be spick-and-span, with no visible signs of use and wear.

Yes, we are:

• Offering you free returns or exchanges from any Postnet to Postnet store for main centres within South Africa and Pudo for outlying areas in South Africa. Be a dear and include a copy of your invoice/dispatch note, inside the returning parcel.
